Easier, Faster and More Effective Communication
To keep your child(ren) safe and ensure their well-being, we constantly look for ways to improve our links with you and keep you up-to-date and well informed. We have implemented 'Reach More Parents' as our main source of communication in school, with the aim to make all of our communications quicker and easier, whilst keeping everything all in one place. Reach More Parents is a digital communications tool which allows us to share a wealth of important information in a timely manner to our parents. It provides a great platform for us to notify them about a variety of things, including key dates in the term, upcoming trips, activities their child has taken part in, as well as many other things.
What you need to do:
Online payments to school
The Hall School uses the SchoolComms School Gateway as the preferred platform to allow parents to make online payments to the School for items such as
School Meals, trips, Pre-School Fees, etc.
We will notify you via the Reach More Parents app when new items are available for payment via the School Gateway. You will also be able to give online consent, where required, for your child to take part in activities.
Aside from saving the school time and money on administration, School Gateway also makes
it easier for parents to pay any time 24-7 and reduce the amount of cash being carried
by children on school premises.
What you need to do:
There are two ways for you to access the School Gateway and make online payments:
When making payments, the most cost efficient way is by Bank Transfer, although you can also make payments by Debit & Credit Card if you wish (although these latter methods carry a higher handling charge).
If you are having trouble logging in, it may be because the email address or mobile phone number you have used are different to that held by the school, in which case please call the school to clarify. Please bear in mind that you need to have logged as a Priority One contact with the school to access this functionality.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the School Office on 0116 287 3582.
