Welcome to The Hall School

 

A warm welcome to the Hall School website. We hope it provides you with information that you need. Please explore our website to find out more detailed information on specific areas.

 

Our school community is critical to the success of the school. At The Hall, our mission statement is ‘Together we can make a difference’. Team work is valued and very much part of our ethos. This permeates across our whole school community, for example: our co-headship model, the hard working staff team and our partnership with families and governors. The children reflect this back and we coach them to understand this ethos.

 

We invest in the children who attend the school and the preschool and aim to secure positive relationships that allow them to flourish.

Our vision is to give every pupil the opportunity of realising their full potential through high quality teaching and learning opportunities. We therefore place high value on our curriculum and have worked hard to curate a challenging curriculum that meets the needs of our community and allows the children to access high quality learning in all subjects.

 

Our approach is that ‘everyone is welcome’. We hope that every child and every adult who is a member of this school feels that they matter and that they can be themselves in a school where prejudice is challenged and respect is expected.

 

We are fortunate to have extensive grounds and our children benefit from this. We have a perimeter pathway and the children walk around this twice a day through the trees. There are huge areas for the children to play in and a range of equipment funded by our active PTA. We have a Forest School set up in the grounds and the children access the Forest School in their first year of school.
